A New Garden

Well we finally cut down the ash that has been slowly dying the past two years. You know  what this means... A NEW GARDEN. What am I going to do? So many decisions to make.

This is what it looked like a few years ago before the tree started to die. As you can see it was kind of  scruffy. Now is my chance to clean it up and rethink the whole garden. I wonder if I should plant a new tree or stick to just flowers. Or maybe I could incorporate the fire pit... I will be daydreaming about this for a while.
In the mean time the weather looks great for the rest of the week so I will be out in the garden.

Memories From Last Summer

I went out in the garden to take some pictures today ... but nothing has changed, so I thought I would post some photos from last year.

The perfect place to sit with a coffee, any time of the day.

We call him "Wheat Boy"

The grass garden with the greenhouse way out the back.

At the end of the grass garden, showing the garden work bench which I hope to be using soon.

Another view of the grass garden.

The pond which needs a lot of cleaning out right now.

A closer look.

A Closer Look

My Hellebour has opened and is just beautiful.

Crocus - reminds me of Easter

I found my glasses that I lost last year, underneath the raspberry bushes! :)

It's Started

Hellebour is just starting to come up.

The pasque flower - I love the texture.

The faithful crocus.
